Steve has been active in Charlotte’s residential real estate market for over 15 years joining Dickens Mitchener & Associates in 1992. Steve represents both buyers and sellers of residential real estate. In this capacity, he offers an “owners approach” to buying and selling. Steve has personally bought and sold over 50+ properties in the Charlotte area for his own investment and counsels his clients from this perspective. He is committed to helping his clients achieve the highest and best return on their real estate investment, whether for personal use or rental real estate.
Steve holds a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University. He is a licensed broker in North Carolina. While at Duke, Steve served as its starting quarterback from 1984-1988. After graduation, he was drafted into the National Football League by the Cleveland Browns. Over the years, Steve’s athletic pursuits have transferred to golf. His golf credentials include Carolinas Mid-Amateur Champion and Carolinas Amateur Champion. He has qualified and competed in five US Amateur and two British Amateur events. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and three children.
